介绍了一种辐射环境传输用非金属耐辐射光缆的研制。对非金属耐辐射光缆中耐辐射光纤、耐辐射紧包光纤以及整体光缆的结构设计思路与选材原则进行了详细的剖析。通过相关工艺控制,使该光缆具有较好的耐辐射性能、外径小、重量轻、柔软性好、抗拉强度大、可反复收放等优点。该光缆的成功研制填补了我国在辐射环境用非金属耐辐射光缆产品方面的空白。
A kind of nonmetal radiation resistant cable for radiation environment transmission is introduced. The non-metallic radiation-resistant fiber in the radiation-resistant fiber, radiation-tight tight fiber and the overall structure of the cable design ideas and selection principles were analyzed in detail. Through the relevant process control, so that the cable has good radiation resistance, small outer diameter, light weight, good flexibility, tensile strength, can be repeatedly placed and so on. The successful development of the optical cable to fill our country in the radiation environment with non-metallic radiation-resistant cable products blank.
