建立了250整体球铁活塞的三维有限元模型。对活塞体进行了在最高爆发压力下的静强度有限元计算,旨在分析活塞体的强度、变形等在最高爆发压力下是否满足设计要求,并为以后的试验及结构改进提供参考依据。
A three-dimensional finite element model of a 250-piece ductile iron piston was established. The finite element calculation of the static strength of the piston body under the maximum explosion pressure is carried out to analyze whether the strength and deformation of the piston body meet the design requirements under the highest explosion pressure and provide reference for the future test and structural improvement.
