疟疾是由疟原虫所致的夏秋季常见的传染病,临床上常以阵发性的寒战高热,脾肿贫血为其特征,但以譫妄、昏迷、抽搐、项强为特征的脑型疟疾却很少见。我院于1961年收治脑型疟疾六例,现报告如下: 一、发病季节:六例脑型疟疾均发生于疟疾流行高峰的后半期,9月至10月份。二、性别与年龄:六例中男性四例;女性二例。年龄十一至十四岁者4人,四十二岁及五十七岁者各

It is often clinically characterized by paroxysmal chills, splenomegaly and anemia, but cerebral malaria characterized by delirium, coma, convulsions and illness rarely seen.
