以乙酸和苯甲醇为原料,固体超强酸SO42--MoO3-TiO2为催化剂,合成乙酸苄酯。经实验确定最佳的反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1:1.3,其中苯甲醇0.1mol,催化剂用量为10%(以醇质量为基准),带水剂环己烷10mL,反应时间120min,产率可达87.2%。
Using acetic acid and benzyl alcohol as raw materials and solid superacid SO42 - MoO3-TiO2 as catalyst, benzyl acetate was synthesized. The optimal reaction conditions were confirmed as follows: the molar ratio of alkyd to acid was 1: 1.3, in which benzyl alcohol was 0.1mol, the amount of catalyst was 10% (based on the mass of alcohol), cyclohexane 10mL, reaction time 120min, Rate up to 87.2%.
