传统教育线性化,耗时持久,效率低下,不利于新型人才的培养、国家的建设和社会的进步。民族地区经济滞后,教育可用资本存量不足,教育水平长期低于国家平均线。继续推行传统教育模式,理论上并不能够促使少数民族教育水准跟上时代潮流。故此,只有革除旧弊,发掘和创新教育模式和教育理念,才是推动少数民族地区教育质量提升的重要举措。而教育模式的嬗变,很大程度上有赖于生产力层面的新因素,基于互联网技术和移动APP的MOOC为教育模式的嬗变提供了可能。厘清慕课教育模式并分析和探索其取代传统教育模式的有利因素及发展前景,有利于增进对少数民族教育的认识,指导实践。
The traditional education is linear, time consuming and inefficient, which is not conducive to the cultivation of new talents, the construction of the country and the progress of society. In ethnic areas, the economy is lagging behind, the available capital stock in education is insufficient and the level of education is below the national average for a long time. Continuing to pursue the traditional education model will not in theory be able to prompt the education of ethnic minorities to keep up with the trend of the times. Therefore, it is only an important measure to promote the improvement of the quality of education in ethnic minority areas if we get rid of the old defects, explore and innovate in educational modes and educational concepts. The evolution of the education model depends largely on new factors at the level of productivity. The MOOC based on internet technology and mobile APP has provided the possibility for the evolution of the education model. To clarify the model of the MOOC education and to analyze and explore its favorable factors and prospects of development to replace the traditional model of education is conducive to enhancing the awareness of ethnic minority education and guiding practice.
