从去年11月各类商品与服务价格变化的情况来看,除了交通与通信的价格变化同比持平,其他大类都处于上涨的态势。不要说居住类及服务的价格上涨幅度不小,即使是一般价格变化很小的衣着类商品,价格同样上涨幅度很大。衣着类商品作为一个完全性竞争的行业,在激烈竞争的条件下,其价格大幅度上涨并非易事。可见,衣着类商品的价格全面上涨,意味着各类消费品的价格水平正在全面上移,对CPI上涨的压力肯定不小。为何消费品的价格水平全面上移,而11月的CPI上涨幅度不大,仅为2%?实际上,这在很大程度上与中国以食品

Evidently, the price of clothing products has risen across the board, implying that the price level of various consumer goods is moving upwards in an all-round way and the pressure on the rise of the CPI is certainly not small. Why the price level of consumer goods moved up completely, while the CPI increase in November was not big, only 2%? In fact, this is to a large extent with China to food
