用平板法从健康鱼类肠道中分离得到三种不同的微生物: 大肠杆菌、芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌, 再用液体培养法研究了植物蛋白及其酶解物在体外对这三种微生物生长的影响。结果表明, 除菜籽粕原料外,棉籽粕、豆粕、花生粕原料及棉籽粕、豆粕、菜籽粕、花生粕的酶解物对芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌促生长作用明显, 差异均显著 (P<0 .05); 对大肠杆菌除棉籽粕酶解物外, 四种原料及其余三种酶解物的促生长作用均不明显, 差异不显著 (P>0. 05)。
Three different microorganisms, Escherichia coli, Bacillus, and Lactobacillus, were isolated from the intestinal tract of healthy fish by plate method. The effects of plant protein and its hydrolyzate on the growth of these three microorganisms were also studied by liquid culture . The results showed that except for rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, soybean meal, peanut meal and cottonseed meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and peanut meal had obvious effects on promoting growth of Bacillus and Lactobacillus (P <0 .05). For Escherichia coli except cottonseed meal hydrolyzate, the growth promoting effect of the four raw materials and the other three hydrolyzate was not significant, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05).
