企业人力资源统计主要对其实际生产过程中所体现出的数量关系与数量特征进行全面的研究,是对企业人力资源现象和过程观察的一种手段,在企业人力资源管理中具有重要的作用。企业应建立人力资源统计系统,在合理分配与使用人力资源的同时,为制定人力资源政策提供有利的依据。本文主要对人力资源统计的作用与主要内容进行了分析与研究。
The statistics of human resources of enterprises mainly conduct a comprehensive research on the quantitative relationship and quantitative characteristics embodied in the actual production process, which is a means of observing the phenomena and processes of human resources in enterprises and plays an important role in the human resources management of enterprises. Enterprises should establish a human resources statistics system, in the rational allocation and use of human resources at the same time, to provide a favorable basis for the formulation of human resources policies. This article mainly analyzes and studies the function and main content of human resource statistics.
