1台郑工ZL50C型装载机,其发动机、工作装置和转向液压系统工作正常,但是其行走动作缓慢无力,并伴有变矩器和变速器油温偏高现象。该型号装载机变矩器和变速器是两个互相独立的总成件。当出现行走无力故障时,以前大都将变矩器和变速器拆下后,进行分解检查,使得维修效率低,维修成本高。对此,我们经过深入研究,决定在不拆卸变矩器和变速器的情况下,通过观察、检测及试验,诊断变矩器和变速器工作是否存在故障。
A Zhenggong ZL50C loader, the engine, working equipment and steering hydraulic system is working properly, but its slow and weak walking movements, accompanied by torque converter and transmission oil temperature high phenomenon.
