以采油厂注水离心泵机组为典型对象,在对5台泵组进行测试分析的基础上,确定了振动监测布点方案。研究了注水泵及其驱动电动机的径向、轴向和支座振动特征,为确定监测诊断方法和软件开发提供了依据。研究开发的BS-1监测诊断系统由小型手持式数采器、监测诊断软件和笔记本微机组成。采用振动监测诊断与泵效监测诊断相结合的综合监测诊断方法,具有多种监测诊断功能。室内和现场试验证明,该监测诊断系统可以满足采油厂和其他石油厂矿监测诊断注水离心泵和各种旋转机械常见运行故障的要求,已在油田推广应用。
Based on the test and analysis of 5 pump sets, aiming at the typical object of water injection centrifugal pump unit in oil production plant, the program of vibration monitoring and distribution is determined. The radial, axial and support vibration characteristics of water injection pump and its driving motor were studied, which provided the basis for the determination of monitoring and diagnosis methods and software development. Research and development of the BS-1 monitoring and diagnosis system consists of a small hand-held digger, monitoring and diagnosis software and notebook computers. Using vibration monitoring diagnosis and pump monitoring and diagnosis combined with a comprehensive monitoring and diagnosis methods, with a variety of monitoring and diagnostic functions. Indoor and field tests show that the monitoring and diagnosis system can meet the requirements of oil production plants and other oil factories and mines for monitoring and diagnosing water injection centrifugal pumps and various kinds of rotating machines, and has been popularized and applied in oil fields.
