传动滚筒的工作状态对带式输送机能否正常运行有直接影响,对其进行受力分析十分必要。介绍滚筒的结构组成,提出滚筒的受力分析模型,在ANSYS中完成结构零件的虚拟模型建立,组装零件得到滚筒结构后,对其网格化划分和荷载施加,通过对滚筒进行有限元分析得到滚筒不同位置的应力分布,根据分析结果进行滚筒材料、结构的优化设计。
