使用金相分析和XRD物相分析的方法研究了BN4不锈钢热处理对碳化物析出的影响规律。结果表明:BN4不锈钢在空冷条件下和水冷条件下析出的是Cr3C2相;在600~650℃热处理时,碳化物析出最为严重,其次是900℃,且空冷较水冷的碳化物析出严重得多。BN4不锈钢热处理时温度应低于500℃或高于900℃,且冷却方式为水冷。
The influence of heat treatment of BN4 stainless steel on carbide precipitation was studied by means of metallographic analysis and XRD phase analysis. The results show that the precipitation of BN4 stainless steel is Cr3C2 phase under the condition of air cooling and water cooling. When the temperature is 600-650 ℃, the carbide precipitation is the most serious, followed by 900 ℃, and the precipitation of air cooling is more serious than that of water cooling carbides. BN4 stainless steel heat treatment temperature should be lower than 500 ℃ or higher than 900 ℃, and the cooling method is water-cooled.
