目的:用常规免疫药理学试验方法,研究岩白菜素对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:溶血素分光光度测定法,足跖肿胀法,同位素参入法等。结果:岩白菜素ig125、250、375mg/kg·d×7~8d,可提高小鼠血清溶血素含量;增强SRBC诱发的小鼠迟发型超敏反应;提高血清溶菌酶含量和全血白细胞的吞噬功能;体内给药体外测定法,提高〔3H〕TdR参入PHA与LPS诱导的T、B淋巴细胞转化;提高小鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素2。尚可逆转环磷酰胺对血清溶血素形成的抑制。结论:岩白菜素可提高免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of bergenin on immune function in mice by routine immuno-pharmacological test. Methods: Hemolysin spectrophotometry, plantar swelling method, isotope incorporation method. Results: Bergenin ig125,250,375mg / kg · d × 7 ~ 8d, can increase serum hemolysin levels; enhance SRBC-induced delayed type hypersensitivity in mice; increase serum lysozyme content and whole blood leukocyte Phagocytosis; in vivo administration of in vitro assay to improve [3H] TdR PHA and LPS-induced T, B lymphocyte transformation; increase mouse spleen cells to produce interleukin 2. Can still reverse the cyclophosphamide inhibition of serum hemolysin formation. Conclusion: Bergenin can improve immune function.
