自然块矿(包括锰矿)在不同程度上均含有结晶水,它对矿石本身的爆裂指数、还原性能、还原粉化率等冶金性能有一定影响。为此,对矿石结晶永含量,特别是不同矿种各自结晶水的分解开始及终了温度的测定,对指导高炉原料的正确使甩具有重要意义。本所实验室利用铁矿石还原度电测自动装置对此测定获得成功。此法利用现成设备,测试简单,易于操作。由于测试样量大,所测结果准确可靠。
Natural lump ores (including manganese ores) contain water of varying degrees, which has an impact on the metallurgical properties such as the burst index, the reduction performance and the reduction pulverization rate of the ore itself. To this end, the determination of the permanent content of ores, especially the decomposition of the crystallization water of different minerals and the final temperature, is of great significance for directing the blast furnace raw materials to be properly used. Our laboratory using iron ore reduction of electrical measuring automatic determination of this success. This method utilizes off-the-shelf equipment and is easy to test and easy to operate.
