百草枯中毒是临床上一种急症,常规治疗死亡率高。我院自2005年10月至2009年4月收治15例百草枯中毒患者采用血液灌流与血液透析(HP/HD)联合治疗,效果满意。现将救治体会介绍如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料百草枯中毒15例,均有百草枯明确口服史,其中男7例,女8例,年龄22岁～65岁。
Paraquat poisoning is a clinical emergency, high mortality of conventional treatment. Our hospital from October 2005 to April 2009 were treated 15 cases of paraquat poisoning using hemoperfusion and hemodialysis (HP / HD) combination therapy, the effect is satisfactory. The treatment is now described below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 15 cases of paraquat poisoning, paraquat are clear oral history, including 7 males and 8 females, aged 22 years to 65 years.
