长齿条的精加工,一般是在万能铣床上通过分度蜗杆,蜗轮减速搭配挂轮带动纵向丝杆,来控制工作台的位移尺寸。由于其传动误差较大,定位精度不高,易产生废品,进一步提高加工精度受到限制。为此应用数显装置对捷克制造的卧铣进行了精化改造,有效地补偿了上述误差,减轻了劳动强度,能方便的铣削各种模数或径节制齿条,提高了产品质量。改造要点 1.选型时应根据设备状况,工艺要求,加工环境,安装空间以及维修条件等综合考虑。对旧机床的改造,选用普通型的多,与其相配的传感器精度要求相适应,一般分辨率与精度的配合关系保持在1/3~1/5为宜。 2.为了保证测量精度,安装时必须按照使用说明书上的技术要求进行。数显表架一般为附装式的活动支架,由回转、锁紧等简单机械结构组成。定尺装在
