通过食用口香糖、口香糖配合刷牙及单纯刷牙的实验比较,观察口香糖对牙齿咬合面及光滑面软垢的清除作用,探讨使用蔗糖类口香糖的利弊.结果显示:上述方法对牙齿咬合面均有明显清除软垢的作用,但口香糖咀嚼时间延长清除效果优于单纯刷牙.对于光滑面.口香糖组实验后软垢指数(DebrisIndex,DI)较实验前有明显降低,但1周后DI值回升.而口香糖配合刷牙及单纯刷牙组1周后DI值不回升,清除光滑面软垢的作用明显优于口香糖组.提示蔗糖类口香糖具有较强清除咬合面软垢的能力.但对光滑面则有潜在的致龋性.为了避免不利影响,使用口香糖必须认真刷牙,同时适当延长口香糖无甜味期的咀嚼时间。
Through the experiment of chewing gum, chewing gum with brushing and simple brushing, the removal of chewing gum on the occlusal surface and smooth surface of chewing gum was observed and the pros and cons of using sucrose chewing gum were discussed. The results showed that the above method had a clear effect of removing soft dirt on the occlusal surface of teeth, but the chewing time of chewing gum was longer than that of simple brushing. For smooth surfaces. The chewing gum index (Debris Index, DI) of the chewing gum group was significantly lower than that before the experiment, but DI value rose after one week. However, the value of DI did not rise after 1 week of chewing gum and brushing group, and the effect of removing soft dirt on smooth surface was better than chewing gum group. Suggest that sucrose chewing gum has a strong ability to clear the occlusal surface of soft dirt. But there are potential caries on smooth surfaces. In order to avoid adverse effects, the use of chewing gums must be carefully brushing, while appropriate to extend chewing gum chewing time without sweet period.
