本文研究了用新卟啉类显色剂——meso-四-(3.5一二溴-4-羟基苯)卟啉(简称T(DBHP)P)光度测定锌的条件和应用。该试剂在pH 10.1的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲液中,当存在OP乳化剂时,与锌有灵敏的显色反应,其配合物在波长450nm处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数为1.1×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),sandell灵敏度为0.0006μg·cm~(-2)。用柠檬酸作掩蔽剂,可去除人发样品中其它各类无机离子的干扰。该反应体系稳定,灵敏度较高,选择性也好,可不经分离直接用于人发中锌的测定。
In this paper, the conditions and applications of photometric determination of zinc with the new porphyrin-based meso-tetrakis (3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzene) porphyrin (abbreviated as T (DBHP) P) The reagent has a sensitive color reaction with zinc in the presence of OP emulsifier in pH 10.1 borax-sodium hydroxide buffer. The complex has a maximum absorption at a wavelength of 450 nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.1 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) and sandell sensitivity of 0.0006μg · cm ~ (-2). Using citric acid as masking agent can remove the interference of other kinds of inorganic ions in human hair samples. The reaction system is stable, high sensitivity, selectivity is good, can be directly used for human hair zinc determination without separation.
