目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定蜂胶中乔松素、白杨素和高良姜素的含量。方法:使用YMC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(40∶60),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长,乔松素290 nm,白杨素和高良姜素268 nm,柱温30℃。结果:乔松素、白杨素和高良姜素分别在4.266~426.6,4.59~459,4.322~432.62 mg·L-1线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.28%,98.82%,100.77%,RSD分别为0.89%,0.90%,1.32%。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为蜂胶的质量控制提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of johnsoncin, chrysin and galangin in propolis by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (40:60), flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1, wavelength of detection, Ginger 268 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. RESULTS: The calibration curves of QiaoSongSu, chrysin, and galangin were good at 4.266 ~ 426.6, 4.59 ~ 459 and 4.322 ~ 432.62 mg · L -1, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.28%, 98.82% and 100.77% , RSD respectively 0.89%, 0.90%, 1.32%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can provide experimental basis for the quality control of propolis.
