导向辊位置角是环件轧制成形工艺的重要影响因素。采用数值模拟方法分析了不同导向辊位置角对Ti3Al基合金环件轧制过程的影响规律。研究结果表明:导向辊位置角60°、90°时,环件不同部位的变形不均匀;导向辊位置角75°时,变形较为均匀;导向辊位置角对芯辊最大轧制力的影响不大,但是随着导向辊位置角增大,轧制力波动的幅度变大。优化得出的最佳导向辊位置角为75°。
Guide roller position angle is the ring rolling forming an important factor affecting the process. The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the influence of different guide roll position angles on the rolling process of Ti3Al-based alloy rings.
