企业文化是属于精神范围的软科学,是企业价值体系的核心,以企业职工群体意识的形式反映出来,联系着企业管理、行为、观念和效益。企业文化是企业的动力,可促使职工积极向上,增强企业凝聚力、吸引力、创造力和持久力,对企业的生产、经营、管理等方面将产生很大的影响。随着企业管理走向高层次,企业文化也走向高品位。因此,企业文化建设要适应于建设有中国特色社会主义企业的需要。
Corporate culture is a soft science belonging to the spiritual scope. It is the core of the enterprise value system. It reflects in the form of group consciousness of enterprise workers and links with the business management, behaviors, concepts and benefits. Corporate culture is the impetus of an enterprise, which can motivate its staff and workers to move forward and enhance the cohesion, attraction, creativity and endurance of the enterprise, which will have a great impact on the production, operation and management of the enterprise. As business management to a higher level, corporate culture also toward high grade. Therefore, the building of enterprise culture should be adapted to the needs of building a socialist enterprise with Chinese characteristics.
