封闭群非清洁级和清洁级 SD 大鼠79只,80℃15s 水烫后造成深Ⅱ度烫伤,分别于烫伤后2、4、8、24、48及72h,局部皮肤取材,组织学观察。结果显示表皮细胞及毛囊上皮细胞核固缩,皮脂腺崩解,真皮胶元纤维肿胀融合,深部毛囊残留,确认为深Ⅱ度烫伤;两组动物比较,非清洁级部分大鼠烫伤24h 后,烫伤区筋膜内有大量中性白细胞浸润,有的累及肌层,而清洁级大鼠则基本上无炎症细胞浸润,故后者作为烫伤模型更为适宜。
Seventy-two SD rats of non-cleaning grade and cleaning grade were closed and deep Ⅱ degree scald was caused after hot water was treated at 80 ℃ for 15 seconds. At 2, 4, 8, 24, 48 and 72 hours after scald, local skin samples were taken for histological observation. The results showed that the epidermal cells and hair follicle epithelial cells were nuclear pyknosis, disintegration of sebaceous glands, swelling and fusion of dermal collagen fibers, deep hair follicle residue, confirmed as deep second degree scald; two groups of animals, scalds of non-clean grade rats after 24h, burns Fascia within a large number of neutrophil infiltration, and some involving the muscular layer, while the clean grade rats are basically no inflammatory cell infiltration, so the latter as a scald model is more appropriate.
