大型汽轮发电机框架式基础作为火力发电厂厂房的重要组成部分,其动力性能的优劣将直接影响到汽轮发电机能否安全稳定地运行.对汽机基础进行数模动力分析是确定结构设计参数的重要依据.在数模分析的过程中,是否需要考虑汽轮发电机的设备刚度,是影响分析结果可靠性和有效性的重要问题.以某大型汽机基础为背景,采用有限元数值模拟方法对其进行参数分析,探讨了在数模动力分析过程中,不同设备刚度处理方法对分析结果的影响,并给出了在数模动力分析过程中设备刚度处理方法的建议.
