割缝是水泥混凝土路面的人工构造物,也是水泥混凝土路面中受力最为薄弱的地方。通过对割缝尖端及其扩展后裂缝尖端的应力强度因子的计算分析表明,在10℃的均匀降温条件下,面板将沿着割缝断裂,断裂后的面板将引起基层的断裂或者面层和基层之间界面的分离,破坏了水泥混凝土路面支撑结构的整体性,使水泥混凝土面板处于非均匀多点弹性支撑。车辆荷载引起的割缝尖端的应力强度因子值虽然不如均匀降温大,但是车辆荷载是多频次的瞬时动态荷载,也可引起割缝疲劳开裂。割缝的扩展引起的水泥混凝土路面的基层断裂和界面分离,必须引起足够的重视。

The crack initiation and interface separation caused by the expansion of kerf must pay enough attention.
