本文介绍了初期裂纹扩展期的延性断裂韧性值J_(1c)(J积分值)的测定程序。该程序系由主持断裂试验的ASTME-24委员会下属的负责弹塑性断裂试验的E24.01.09工作小组全体委员会制定。本报告的主要目的是列出一项可能成为ASTM弹塑性试验标准之基础的J_(1c)测定程序。虽然本程序是按多试样技术的概念来介绍的,但是,只要用氧化着色法所测得的裂纹增长与用单试样法测得的裂纹增长之间有很好的对应关系,则亦可用于任何单试样方法。
This article describes the initial crack propagation ductile fracture toughness value J_ (1c) (J integral value) of the determination program. This procedure was developed by the committee of the working group E24.01.09 in charge of elasto-plastic fracture tests under the ASTME-24 Committee which hosts the fracture test. The main purpose of this report is to list a J_ (1c) determination procedure that may be the basis for ASTM elastoplastic testing standards. Although this procedure is based on the concept of multi-sample technology, there is a good correspondence between the crack growth measured with the oxidation coloring method and the crack growth measured with the single-sample method Can be used for any single sample method.
