已有文献报道,母亲在孕期职业和家庭接触某些有害因素,如有机溶剂、农药和铅以及孕期X线检查和超声波检查等,均可引起胎儿心脏发育异常。本研究的目的在于评价母亲在孕期的生活习惯及家庭接触某些有害因素与子代先天性心脏病发生之间的关系。553名研究对象选自1982~1983年在芬兰出生的133,000名婴儿。研究对象在芬兰先天缺陷登记处及儿童心脏病登记处记载有心血管畸形,并曾经儿科医生确诊、出生后1年内做过心导管插入术、超声波心电图、心脏外科手
It has been reported in the literature that mothers during pregnancy occupational and family exposure to certain harmful factors, such as organic solvents, pesticides and lead and pregnancy X-ray examination and ultrasound examination, can cause fetal cardiac dysplasia. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between maternal living habits during pregnancy and some harmful factors of family contacts and the occurrence of congenital heart disease in offspring. 553 subjects were from 133,000 infants born in Finland between 1982 and 1983. Subjects were documented with cardiovascular malformations at the Registry of Births and Defects in Finland and the Registry of Childhood Heart Disease and diagnosed by a pediatrician. Cardiac catheterization, echocardiography, and cardiac surgery were performed within one year of birth
