目的研究2型糖尿病患者β3肾上腺能受体基因型及其与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法选取151例中老年2型糖尿病患者,80例健康体检成年人作为对照。比较糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者之间的各种生化指标及基因型的差异,胰岛素抵抗患者和非胰岛素抵抗患者各种生化指标及基因型的差异。结果2型糖尿病患者较年龄匹配的非糖尿患者群BMI、SBP、TG、TC、LDL-C、FPG、HbA1c明显升高,而HDL-C显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);中老年2型糖尿病组β3AR64Arg等位基因频率为:17%,β3ARTrp/Arg等位基因频率为:32.5%,Arg/Arg等位基因频率为:0.6%;对照组β3AR64Arg等位基因频率为:15%,β3ARTrp/Arg等位基因频率为:30%,无Arg/Arg基因型,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胰岛素相对抵抗组BMI、DBP、WHR、三酰甘油、FPG、FINS比明胰岛素相对敏感组显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);胰岛素相对抵抗组Trp/Arg基因型频率为45.6%,β3AR64Arg等位基因频率为23.5%;胰岛素相对敏感组Trp/Arg基因型频率为26.9%,β3AR64Arg等位基因频率为13.5%;两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者β3肾上腺能受体基因型与发病无关,但是β3肾上腺能受体基因型与胰岛素抵抗的密切相关。
Objective To study the association between β3 adrenergic receptor genotypes and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 151 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 80 healthy adults were selected as controls. To compare the biochemical and genotypic differences between diabetic and nondiabetic patients, the biochemical indexes and genotypes of patients with insulin resistance and non-insulin resistance. The frequency of Trp / Arg genotype in insulin sensitive group was 26.9% and the frequency of β3AR64Arg allele was 13.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The genotypes of β3 adrenoceptors in type 2 diabetic patients are not related to the pathogenesis, but the genotypes of β3 adrenergic receptors are closely related to insulin resistance.
