Objective: To investigate the relationship between CD62P and CD63 and the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular disease. Methods: The changes of CD62P and CD63 in peripheral blood of 248 patients with cerebrovascular disease and 38 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody as molecular probe. Results: The difference between cerebrovascular disease group and normal control group was highly significant (P <0.01). The difference of cerebrovascular disease in different course of disease was significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in different disease sites. Conclusion: The detection of CD62P and CD63 in patients with cerebrovascular disease is of great significance for diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
