一种新型的CO_2冷库制冷系统在文中被首次提出,该系统采用地源热泵技术,使CO_2制冷系统在亚临界范围内运行。首先对该系统进行了详细介绍,接着对影响理论COP的各参数分别进行了数值分析。结果表明:中间饱和温度和过热度两个参数对理论COP的数值几乎没有影响。最后通过实验对系统中的温度和压力进行了数据分析,结果表明:系统具有很好的运行稳定性。文中提出的新型CO_2制冷系统具有运行平稳、高效、安全等优点,在实际工程应用中具有良好的前景。
A new type of CO 2 cold storage refrigeration system was first proposed in this paper. The system uses ground source heat pump technology to operate the CO 2 refrigeration system in the subcritical range. First of all, the system is introduced in detail, and then the numerical analysis of each parameter affecting the theoretical COP are carried out respectively. The results show that the two parameters of intermediate saturation temperature and superheat have almost no effect on the theoretical COP value. Finally, the data of temperature and pressure in the system are analyzed through experiments. The results show that the system has good running stability. The new CO 2 refrigeration system proposed in this paper has the advantages of stable operation, high efficiency and safety. It has a good prospect in practical engineering application.
