“百年大计，质量第一”。质量的优劣，直接关系到国家财产、人民的生命安全，以及企业信誉和经济效益等问题。因此，各级领导必须重视质量工作，强化质量意识．把交通基建工程质量提上一个新台价。要搞好工程建设质量，要从勘测设计开始，中间强化施工监理、加强施工管理，到竣工验收全过程都要贯彻全面质量管理工作。依照政策、法规、制度、标准、规范的要求，严格按照交通基本建设程序办事，扎扎实实地抓好质量工作，真抓实干。要正确处理好工程质量、进度、效益三者之间的关系，提高工程建设质量，提高投资效益，对加速发展交通事业具有十分重要意义。
