白帆从黑龙江讷河寄来了他的作品集——《临风而坐》。讷河是个文风很盛的地方,那里不仅有一批热爱诗歌、执着于诗歌创作的诗爱者,而且还有一份办得不错的文学期刊,有自己的诗歌阵地。八十年代后期,我主持《诗歌报》函授部工作,讷河的诗作者陆传文、于伟,就是我当时的函授学员;那是一个值得怀念的年代,他们热爱诗歌,苦苦追寻诗歌的精神,使我至今不忘。九十年代后期,我参加过一次在黑龙江五大连池举办的全国诗歌夏令营;后又应邀到齐齐哈尔市参加《青年文学家》举办的一个文学活动,和那里的诗人、省里的作家朋友们见了面, Bai Fan from Heilongjiang Nehe sent his portfolio - “sitting on the wind.” Nehe is a place with a rich style of writing.
