随着市场经济的飞速发展,竞争也逐步激烈起来,企业为了能够得到更好的发展,大力开展促销活动。其中,赊销是企业促销当中的一个非常重要的手段。但是很多企业对于赊销业务没有进行完善的财务管理,导致企业之间相互拖欠货款的现象出现,严重制约了企业的发展。本文主要从财务管理的角度出发,对企业赊销业务管理的措施进行了分析。
With the rapid development of market economy, the competition is gradually fierce, enterprises in order to be able to get better development, vigorously carry out promotional activities. Among them, credit sales promotion is one of the most important means. However, many enterprises do not conduct sound financial management on the credit business, resulting in the phenomenon that the enterprises default on each other’s payment and seriously restrict the development of the enterprise. This article mainly from the financial management point of view, the enterprise credit management measures are analyzed.
