新课程改革呼唤教育智慧,教育智慧呼唤教学智慧,追求智慧、做智慧型教师,让课堂充满活力,是教师不懈努力的方向。做智慧型教师,要有新型的课程观。教师不仅要积极挖掘教材的思想价值,同时应积极寻找生活课程资源,引领学生进行积极的体验和知识的应用,使学生获得成功。做智慧型教师,要注重培育自己的细节精神。细节生动地反映着教育理念,真实而形象地体现着教师的智慧。做智慧型教师,要善于利用赏识性评价激发学生的内在动力,使“教”与“学”的双边活动达到和谐统一,使课堂充满生机。
