目的观察碳酰胺结合黑色地膜覆盖杀螺效果。方法选择金华市江东镇曾有钉螺孳生的潮湿荒田,设加药黑色地膜组、黑色地膜组和空白对照3个组进行灭螺试验。结果试验第3、7、15、20 d和30 d加药黑色地膜组钉螺死亡率分别为86.0%、88.0%、100%、100%、100%,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;在第3、7 d高于黑色地膜组,差异均有统计学意义。结论喷洒碳酰胺显著提高了黑色地膜覆盖灭螺效果,该法操作简便,是一种理想的灭螺方法。
Objective To observe the effect of carbamide combined with black film mulching on killing effect. Methods The wetland wasteland where there was snail breeding was selected in Jiangdong Town, Jinhua City. The snail test was conducted in three groups including black plastic film group, black plastic film group and blank control group. Results The mortality of Oncomelania snails on the 3rd, 7th, 15th, 20th, 20th and 30th d were 86.0%, 88.0%, 100%, 100% and 100%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group Significance; at 3 and 7 d higher than the black film group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Spray of carbamide significantly improves the molluscidal effect of black plastic film mulching. This method is simple and easy to operate and is an ideal method to kill molluscs.
