本文报告二例原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进症(简称原发性甲旁亢),并结合文献加以讨论。例一男,20岁。全身乏力、消瘦、纳果、记忆力减退、血尿一年三个月。曾因“骨质疏松”、“左股骨骨折”住它院。病程中解出过米粒大小结石三枚。体检:慢性病容,消瘦、行动困难,甲状腺不肿大,未触及包块,心、肺、腹无特殊。因左股骨骨折,左下肢及骨盆固定。四肢肌肉萎缩。化验:11.8～12.2mg/dl,血磷1.84～3.6mg/dl。尿钙135～208.8mg/dl,尿磷334.3～404.7mg/dl。碱性磷酸(AKP)69.6～121金氏单位。
This article reports two cases of primary hyperparathyroidism (referred to as primary hyperparathyroidism), combined with the literature to be discussed. A male, 20 years old. The course of the solution of three grain size stones. Physical examination: chronic disease, weight loss, difficulty in operation, thyroid enlargement, no mass, heart, lungs, abdomen no special. Left femur fracture, left lower extremity and pelvis fixed. Limbs muscle atrophy. Laboratory tests: 11.8 ~ 12.2mg / dl, phosphorus 1.84 ~ 3.6mg / dl. Calcium 135 ~ 208.8mg / dl, urine phosphorus 334.3 ~ 404.7mg / dl. Alkaline phosphates (AKP) 69.6-121 units of gold.
