通过在低碳型钢中加入的第二相粒子 Zr C,研究了 Zr C粒子体积分数对低碳型钢组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 :当轧制变形量为 84% ,Zr C粒子的加入量为 0 .8%时 ,轧后水冷可获得超细组织 ,晶粒尺寸可达 9.8μm。随着 Zr C粒子体积分数的增加 ,晶粒尺寸减小 ,材料的综合力学性能明显提高
The effect of volume fraction of Zr C particles on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon steel was studied by adding Zr C, a second phase particle in low carbon steel. The results show that when the amount of rolling deformation is 84% and the amount of Zr C particles is 0.8%, ultrafine structure can be obtained by rolling water cooling, and the grain size can reach 9.8μm. With the increase of volume fraction of Zr C particles, the grain size decreases and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material increase significantly
