目的探讨单纯高甘油三酯血症患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的变化及其对早期预测动脉粥样硬化的意义。方法利用125Is-ICAM-1放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定35例单纯高甘油三酯血症患者和33例健康人血清sICAM-1水平。结果单纯高甘油三酯血症患者血清sICAM-1水平高于对照组(P<0.01),且血清sICAM-1与甘油三酯呈正相关(P<0.01),多元逐步回归显示甘油三酯为影响血清sICAM-1最为显著的因素(R2=0.53)。结论sICAM-1表达增加可能与高甘油三酯血症相关,有助于早期预测动脉粥样硬化病变的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and its significance in predicting atherosclerosis in patients with hypertriglyceridemia. Methods Serum levels of sICAM-1 were measured in 35 subjects with hypertriglyceridemia and 33 healthy subjects by 125Is-ICAM-1 radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results Serum levels of sICAM-1 in patients with hypertriglyceridemia were significantly higher than those in controls (P <0.01). Serum sICAM-1 was positively correlated with triglyceride (P <0.01), and multivariate stepwise regression showed that triglyceride Serum sICAM-1 was the most significant factor (R2 = 0.53). Conclusion The increased expression of sICAM-1 may be associated with hypertriglyceridemia, which is helpful to predict the occurrence of atherosclerotic lesions in the early stage.
