在分析轮轨接触情况和磨耗过程的基础上,指出近年来车轮磨耗猛增的主要原因很可能是轮轨硬度的不平衡度。作者认为,根据国外的经验和国内的现状,把车轮的硬度提高到等于或大于钢轨的硬度(两者最佳比值为1.2:1)是提高车轮耐磨性的根本方法。
Based on the analysis of wheel-rail contact and wear process, it is pointed out that the main reason for the rapid increase of wheel wear in recent years is probably the imbalance of wheel-rail hardness. According to the author’s opinion, improving the wheel’s hardness to be equal to or greater than the hardness of the rail (the best ratio of 1.2: 1) is the basic method to improve the wear resistance of the wheel based on the experience of foreign countries and the domestic situation.
