包头铝厂的预焙阳极配料成型系统,投产初期由于原料、设备和其它方面的原因,产品质量不够理想。经对配料方的理论计算并按正交试验法进行实际试验,取得了更能符合现有#k粒度组成的最佳工艺配方,即沪料14%,2#料50%,球磨粉36%,煤沥青15%,以及针对四种不同情况的四种最佳配方,用于批量生产,效果令人满意。生产实践证明,使用这些配方具有明显的经济效益,产品的合格率由原来的95.80%上升到现在的98.6%,每年减少废品损失840吨。
Baotou aluminum plant prebaked anode ingredient molding system, early production due to raw materials, equipment and other reasons, the product quality is not ideal. After the theoretical calculation of the ingredients side and the actual test according to the orthogonal test method, the best technical formula which is more in line with the existing #k granularity composition is obtained, namely 14% of the hull, 50% of the 2 # material, 36% , 15% coal tar pitch, and four best recipes for four different situations for mass production with satisfactory results. Production practice has proved that the use of these formulas has obvious economic benefits, the passing rate of the product from the original 95.80% to 98.6%, an annual reduction of 840 tons of waste loss.
