以小麦 -中间偃麦草二体异附加系 L1的衍生系 PP9- 1为黄矮病抗源 ,从 [( PP9- 1/陕 7859/ /丰抗 8号 ) F1× ( 3×丰抗 13号 / Khapli) F4 ]杂交组合 F2 代花药培养再生植株中选育出一个抗黄矮病小麦新品系 YW2 4 3。经黄矮病毒田间接种鉴定 ,细胞学分析 ,GISH和 RFL P分子标记检测 ,结果表明 :该系高抗黄矮病毒 GPV、 GAV株系 ,体细胞染色体数目为 2 n=4 2 ,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期 染色体构型为 2 n=2 1 ,遗传上稳定 ,是小麦 -中间偃麦草 7DS· 7DL- 7XL易位系 ,易位发生在 7DL的端部 ,携有一对来自中间偃麦草的 BYDV抗性基因。中国农科院植保所鉴定结果同时表明 :YW2 4 3兼抗小麦黄矮病、白粉病、条锈病、秆锈病和叶锈病等 5种病害 ,是一个优良多抗材料。目前已被广泛应用于抗病育种计划
The derivative of PP9-1 derived from wheat-Thinopyrum intermedium L. albicans L1 was used as yellow dwarf virus, and was screened from [(PP9-1 / Shaanxi 7859 / Fengfeng 8) F1 × (3 × Feng-resistant 13 / Khapli) F4] F2 hybrid anther culture and regeneration plants were selected to produce a new wheat line YW2 4 3 resistant to yellow dwarf. The yellow dwarf virus was inoculated in the field, cytological analysis, GISH and RFL P molecular markers, the results showed that: the Department of high resistance to yellow dwarf virus GPV, GAV lines, somatic chromosome number 2 n = 42, pollen mother cells The meiotic metaphase chromosome configuration is 2 n = 2 1, which is genetically stable and is a wheat-Thinopyrum intermedium 7DS · 7DL-7XL translocation line that occurs at the end of 7DL carrying a pair of BYDV resistance gene. The identification result of plant protection institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences also shows that YW2 4 3 is an excellent multi-resistant material with 5 diseases of wheat yellow dwarf, powdery mildew, stripe rust, stem rust and leaf rust.
