新三矿北区11采区范围为石桥村村庄保护煤柱,设计采用巷道矸石充填的方法开采。在巷道充填前期,采用轨道运输、人工卸开口罐的方式将矸石充入巷道,这种充填方式机械化程度低,工人劳动强度大,劳动工效也很难提高,平均每小班每工卸一罐,严重阻碍着开拓巷道的工程进度。经我矿技术人员的刻苦公关,自主设计并制造了小型抛矸机,改变了充填工序及方法,使用效果较好,实现了安全、高效的组织生产。
