工会是由西方国家提出的理论,是企业当中工作人员所组成的团体,而在我国工会则是党中央和群众交流的重要枢纽,是每个企业和机构当中应具备的。医院工会是医疗机构发展的基础结构之一,其不仅影响着医院整体的发展,同时还关系着院内工作人员的切身利益。本文即是对医院工会在医院发展建设当中的作用进行探讨,说明了目前我国医院工会建设当中存在的各种问题,并从强化文化建设、创造学习氛围、提升干部管理素质、增强医院服务意识、创新管理模式等方面探讨了医院工会的作用,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
