2006年11月4日,北京市国土资源局对朝阳区广渠路36号地进行招标。包括华润置地、世贸、金融街、珠江合生等13家房地产企业纷纷开出价码争抢这46万平方米土地,华润30.5亿元出价最高。但许多人没想到,这块地最终被北京城市开发集团有限责任公司和北京城建兴华地产有限公司联合夺得,中标价为26亿元人民币。
November 4, 2006, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources on the 36th Guangqu Road, Chaoyang District, to bid. Including 13 real estate enterprises such as CR Land, World Trade Center, Financial Street and Pearl River Hesheng, have bidding for 460,000 square meters of land, with a CRG of 3.05 billion yuan being the highest bid. But many people did not think this piece of land was eventually jointly won by Beijing Urban Development Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Urban Construction and Hing Wah Real Estate Co., Ltd., winning a bid of 2.6 billion yuan.
