目的探讨食管贲门癌术后二次手术的临床原因及防治措施。方法对本院2008年7月~2013年7月收治的1664例施行食管贲门癌的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中有9例施行了二次手术,占0.54%。结果 9例施行二次手术的患者中吻合口并发症6例,乳糜胸2例,胸腔内出血1例。9例患者经二次手术痊愈8例,死亡1例,死亡原因为吻合口严重并发症。结论食管贲门癌术后二次手术的临床原因最为常见的就是吻合口并发症、乳糜胸及术后胸腔内出血,提高手术中操作技术水平是预防术后并发症的关键所在,术后要及早发现及早治疗以提高二次手术临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical causes and prevention and treatment of esophageal and cardial carcinoma secondary operations after operation. Methods The clinical data of 1664 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer who were treated in our hospital from July 2008 to July 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 9 performed secondary surgery accounting for 0.54%. Results Six patients with anastomotic complications, two patients with chylothorax and one patient with intrathoracic hemorrhage were performed in 9 patients who underwent secondary surgery. Nine patients were cured by secondary surgery in 8 cases, 1 died, the cause of death was serious complications of anastomosis. Conclusions The most common clinical causes of postoperative esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery are anastomotic complications, chylothorax and postoperative intrathoracic hemorrhage. It is the key to prevent postoperative complications that surgical techniques should be improved. Early treatment to improve the clinical effect of secondary surgery.
