电子商务作为一种全新的商业运作模式,将成为21世纪商务往来的主流。最高级的电子商务系统应利用互联网进行全部贸易活动,即在网上将资金流、信息流和部分的物流完整地实现,而资金在网上的流动依赖于网络银行与网上支付制度的建立。与发达国家相比,我国电子商务无论在技术水平方面,还是在应用范围方面,还处于比较落后的状态。因此,急需建立安全便捷的网上银行与完善的网上支付制度。本文仅就后者进行研究,从分析各个主体关系为切入点来研究如何更好的保障交易双方的合法权益。
As a brand new mode of commercial operation, e-commerce will become the mainstream of business communication in the 21st century. The most advanced e-commerce system should make full use of the Internet for trade activities. That is, the capital flow, information flow and part of the logistics should be realized online. The flow of funds depends on the establishment of online banking and online payment system. Compared with developed countries, China’s e-commerce is still in a backward state both in terms of technology and scope of application. Therefore, urgent need to establish a safe and convenient online banking and improve the online payment system. This article only studies the latter, and studies how to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties from the analysis of the relationship between the various subjects as the starting point.
