为提高果树病理学这门课程的教学质量,重点抓住两点:一是精编教材,新编教材的特点:突出北方果树常见多发病害和田间新病害,增添了苗圃和贮藏期病害;建立了以树体发病部位归类分节的新体系。二是在教学过程中强化实践,培养学生动手动脑能力,达到理论与实践相结合的目的。授课计划与田间果树病害发生季节相吻合;组织学生调查记载病害发生的全过程;自力更生艰苦创业采集大量果树病害标本、病原材料、制做病原切片;带领学生参加果树病害防治实践,让学生自己配药、喷药、调查防治效果、拟定专题,组织讨论,从而锻炼学生的综合能力。
