目的:采用一测多评法(QAMS)同时测定知母中5种皂苷类成分的含量。方法:以知母药材为研究对象,建立知母皂苷BⅠ与知母皂苷B、知母皂苷AⅢ、知母皂苷BⅡ和知母皂苷C的相对校正因子,并用该校正因子进行含量计算,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定药材中该5种皂苷类成分的含量,并比较两者差异,以验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:一测多评法计算的10批知母中5种皂苷含量,与外标法比较,差异较小(相对误差<5%)。结论:采用一测多评法对知母中的皂苷类成分进行测定,其方法操作简便,测定结果准确,实现了在对照品缺失情况下的含量测定,为后续中药的多指标、多靶点的质量标准评价研究提供了参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of five saponins in Anemarrhena asphodeloides by simultaneous determination of multiple assays (QAMS). Methods: The main constituents of Rhizoma Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Rhizoma Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Rhizoma Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Rhizoma Anemarrhena asiatica, Rhizoma Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Test multiple evaluation; at the same time using the external standard method for the determination of the contents of the five saponins ingredients, and to compare the differences between the two to verify the accuracy and feasibility of a test multiple assessment method. Results: The content of five saponins in the ten batches of Anemarrhena asphodeloides were evaluated by multiple test method, and the difference was less (relative error <5%) compared with the external standard method. CONCLUSION: The method for determining saponins in Anemarrhenae asphodeloides by one test and multiple evaluation method is simple and convenient. The method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, accurate determination results and determination of the content of the reference substance in the absence of reference substance. The quality standard evaluation research provides a reference.
