在三系杂交籼稻亲本中渗入部分粳稻血缘以扩大亲本遗传距离,增强杂种优势,以及利用粳稻优质特性,是杂交稻育种途径之一.但籼粳交后代分离世代长,育种周期长.采用籼粳交F1花药培养的方法快速育成保持系花1B,然后核置换育成野败型细胞质雄性不育系花1A.使育种周期大大缩短.该不育系为籼粳中间型(程氏形态分类指数为12分),株叶态偏籼,粒形和米质偏粳,生育特性弱感光,异交特性好,配合力较高.已配制优质杂交稻组合花优63,通过福建省品种审定,正在推广应用.
One of the ways to breed hybrid rice is to infiltrate the blood of some japonica rice in the three-line indica hybrid parents to expand the genetic distance and enhance the heterosis, as well as to utilize the high-quality japonica rice. However, offspring of indica and japonica crosses have long generations and long breeding cycle. F1 hybrids of indica and japonica were used to rapidly cultivate and maintain Brassica napus 1B, then nucleus-transplanted into wild-type cytoplasmic male sterile line Hua 1A. So breeding period is greatly shortened. The CMS line was indica-japonica type (Cheng’s morphological classification index was 12). The leaf-type was partial indica, grain-type and rice-type japonica. The fertility characteristics were weakly sensitized with good outcrossing characteristics and higher combining ability. Has been prepared high-quality hybrid rice combination Huayou 63, Fujian Province, through the validation, is being promoted.
