Two families whose members have an early heart disease before age 55 do not have 5 to 10 times the disease, of which three-quarters may be genetically related. These data come from the findings of a survey of the largest genetic study of heart disease in the United States. In this survey, Roger R. Williams and his aides at Utah University collected and analyzed the health history of more than 94,000 people in Utab State. Recently, Williams discussed the results of his research at the American Heart Association Scientists Forum. At the same time, other work was done, for example, Framinghan, Ma-ss. The situation of residents is also being investigated and a reliable family health history file has been established. This work is still just beginning, but statistics of a generation or two, so there is no quantitative relationship. According to another study of Framinghan residents
