目的:确定养阴生肌膜的制备工艺条件。方法:用正交试验法优选提取和制膜的工艺条件。结果:提取最佳工艺为A3B1C3,即加12倍量水,每次煮1.0 h,煎煮3次。最佳成膜处方为A1B3C2D1即PVA0588:PVA1788为4∶1.5,中药提取液30 mL,CMC-Na为0.25 g。结论:为养阴生肌膜工艺条件的确定提供了科学的实验依据。
Objective: To determine the preparation conditions of yin and myometrium. Methods: The extraction and membrane preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. RESULTS: The best process for extraction was A3B1C3, that is, add 12 times of water, boiled for 1.0 h each time, and boiled 3 times. The best film-forming prescription is A1B3C2D1, namely PVA0588: PVA1788 is 4:1.5, Chinese herbal extract 30 mL, and CMC-Na is 0.25 g. Conclusion: It provides a scientific experimental basis for determining the process conditions of yin and myometrium.
